Examples of Year 2000 Compliant and Ready in a sentence
The Borrower and its Subsidiaries have met the Y2K Plan milestones such that all hardware and software systems will be Year 2000 Compliant and Ready in accordance with the Y2K Plan.
In addition, the Company has no reason to believe that its respective vendors, suppliers and customers are not Year 2000 Compliant and Ready where the failure to be Year 2000 Compliant and Ready would have a material adverse affect on the business, operations, affairs, prospects, properties, assets, existing and potential liabilities, obligations, profits or condition (financial or otherwise) of the Company.
To the extent the Company may not be Year 2000 Compliant and Ready (as defined below) at any time prior to June 30, 1999, the Company has no reason to believe that such status will result in a material adverse affect on the Company's business, operations, affairs, prospects, properties, assets, existing and potential liabilities, obligations, profits or condition (financial or otherwise).
The Company has reasonable grounds for believing that it will be Year 2000 Compliant and Ready on or before December 1, 1999.
Each Borrower and their Subsidiaries have met all previous Y2K Plan milestones and will hereafter meet all future Y2K Plan milestones so that all hardware and software systems will be Year 2000 Compliant and Ready in accordance with the Y2K Plan, except where the failure to meet such milestones has not had, or would not have, a material adverse effect on the business, operations, assets or condition (financial or otherwise) of either Borrower or their Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis.
