Year 2000 Corrective Actions definition

Year 2000 Corrective Actions means, as to each Credit Party, all actions necessary to eliminate such Person's Year 2000 Problems, including, without limitation, computer code enhancements and revisions, upgrades and replacements of Year 2000 Date-Sensitive Systems/Components, and coordination of such enhancements, revisions, upgrades and replacements with Third Party Interactives.

  • Each Credit Party shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, have completed all Year 2000 Corrective Actions by September 30, 1999 Year 2000 and Implementation Testing by September 30, 1999.
