Year 2000 Plan definition

Year 2000 Plan means a plan to prevent the Year 2000 Problem from having an adverse effect upon the business, financial condition, operations, property or prospects of a Person.

Year 2000 Plan has the meaning given such term in Section 5.20.

Year 2000 Plan has the meaning assigned to such term in Section -------------- 3.21.

• Section 4.28 of the Company Disclosure Schedule contains a true and correct copy of the Company's plan for addressing year 2000 computer issues (the "Year 2000 Plan").

• The Company has taken, and between the date of this Agreement and the Effective Time will continue to take, all reasonable steps to implement the Company Year 2000 Plan with respect to the Company Systems.
