Yield Enhancement Payment definition

Yield Enhancement Payment means % per annum of the Stated Amount, accruing from , 1999, computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months and, for any period less than a full calendar month, the number of days elapsed in such month, together with, in the case of any Defaulted Yield Enhancement Payment, interest thereon in accordance with Section 308. SECTION 102 Compliance Certificates and Opinions. Upon any application or request by the Company to the Trustee to take any action under any provision of this Indenture, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee an Officers' Certificate stating that all conditions precedent, if any, provided for in this Indenture relating to the proposed action have been complied with and an Opinion of Counsel stating that in the opinion of such counsel all such conditions precedent, if any, have been complied with, except that in the case of any such application or request as to which the furnishing of any such documents is specifically required by any provision of this Indenture relating to such particular application or request, no additional certificate or opinion need be furnished. Every certificate or opinion with respect to compliance with a covenant or condition provided for in this Indenture (other than pursuant to Section 907) shall include:
Yield Enhancement Payment means a cumulative preferred return in an amount equal to 0.075% per annum of the principal balance of the loans in the CLO, computed on the same basis that is utilized for payment of the collateral management fee by the CLO.
Yield Enhancement Payment means an amount equal to one-half percent (0.5%) of the original principal amount of the Notes.

  • Payment Cap For each Mortgage Loan, the percentage limit set forth in the related Mortgage Note concerning the maximum permitted increase in a monthly payment.

  • Yield Supplement Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to any Collection Period and the related Deposit Date, the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Yield Supplement Account and (b) the sum of (i) the Yield Supplement Amount and (ii) after giving effect to the withdrawal of the Yield Supplement Amount, the amount by which the amount on deposit in the Yield Supplement Account exceeds the Maximum Yield Supplement Amount.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.
