Yield Maintenance Reserve Fund. The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.06(g) in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Holders of the Class A-1 Certificates, and designated "Deutsche Bank National Trust Company in trust for registered holders of Residential Asset Securitization Trust 2005-A4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-D, Class A-1." Funds in the Yield Maintenance Reserve Fund shall be held in trust for the Holders of the Class A-1 Certificates for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement. The Yield Maintenance Reserve Fund will not be an asset of any REMIC.

Yield Maintenance Reserve Fund. The Class 1-A-4 Yield Maintenance Reserve Fund or the Class 1-A-6 Yield Maintenance Reserve Fund.

Yield Maintenance Reserve Fund means the trust account created and maintained pursuant to Section 8.09 in the name of the Trust in an Eligible Institution.

Each Yield Maintenance Reserve Fund shall be an Eligible Account, and funds on deposit in the account shall be held separate and apart from, and shall not be commingled with, any other moneys, including without limitation, other moneys held by the Trustee pursuant to this Agreement.
If the Trustee shall also deposit into a Yield Maintenance Reserve Fund any amount not required to be deposited in that account, it may at any time withdraw such amount from that Yield Maintenance Reserve Fund, any provision in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding.
