Yield On The Bonds definition

Yield On The Bonds means the arbitrage yield for the last series of Bonds issued.
Yield On The Bonds means the yield for the last series of Bonds issued computed as prescribed by the applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and/or the applicable U.S. Treasury Regulations.
Yield On The Bonds means the yield on the applicable Series of Tax-Exempt Bonds as determined by the Commission in accordance with the Code and as specified by the Commission in the Commission Notice.

Related to Yield On The Bonds

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • Subsequent Bonds means any Bonds issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions.

  • Term Bonds means those Bonds designated as such and maturing on the date or dates set forth in the Certificate of Award, bearing interest payable on each Interest Payment Date and subject to mandatory sinking fund redemption.
