York Group means The York Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

York Group means for so long as such person holds Common Stock, the York Entities and each transferee of Common Stock directly or indirectly (in a chain of title) from the York Entities; provided, that such transferee is an Affiliate of the York Entities.

  • World Bank Group means the Association, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Finance Corporation, the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes, and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Partnership Group means the Partnership and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

  • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;

  • Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.
