Respondent shall post the IER Posters no later than 14 calendar days after the Effective Date, and the posters will remain posted for the term of this Agreement.

  • at the individual request of a recipient of services means that the service is provided through the transmission of data on individual request.

  • Permitted Share Issue means an issue of:

  • Time-share unit means a condominium unit in which a time-share estate or a time-share license exists.

  • Son or daughter on active duty or call to active duty status means the employee's biological, adopted, or foster child, stepchild, legal ward, or a child for whom the employee stood in loco parentis, who is on active duty or call to active duty status, and who is of any age.

  • alienate , in relation to land, means sell, exchange or donate, irrespective of whether such sale, exchange or donation is subject to a suspensive or resolutive condition, and “alienation” has a corresponding meaning;”

  • Right of First Offer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1 hereof.
