Respondent shall post the IER Poster within 14 days from the Effective Date of this Agreement and it will remain posted for the term of the Agreement.
You Have The Right to Work poster (“IER Poster”), in color and measuring no smaller than 8.5” x 11”, an image of which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/crt/worker-information#poster, in all physical places where notices to employees and job applicants are normally posted, and the electronic image (in a readable size or expandable to such size) on all websites, intranet or landing pages where employees and applicants visit in the course of the hiring and onboarding process. Respondent shall post the IER Posters no later than 14 calendar days after the Effective Date, and the posters will remain posted for the term of this Agreement.

Respondent shall also post a copy of the Lists of Acceptable Documents in English and in Spanish in any area on Respondent’s premises where employees are asked to complete the Form I-9 or are reverified.

  • at the individual request of a recipient of services means that the service is provided through the transmission of data on individual request.

  • Permitted Share Issue means an issue of:

  • Time-share unit means a condominium unit in which a time-share estate or a time-share license exists.

  • Son or daughter on active duty or call to active duty status means the employee's biological, adopted, or foster child, stepchild, legal ward, or a child for whom the employee stood in loco parentis, who is on active duty or call to active duty status, and who is of any age.

  • Serious injury or illness means an Injury or Illness incurred in the line of duty that may render the member of the Armed Forces medically unfit to perform his or her military duties.

  • Right of First Offer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1 hereof.

  • Plan Provider means a Provider which has a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered to you.

  • Encumber “Encumbering,” or “Encumbrance” means the creation of a security interest, lien, pledge, mortgage or other encumbrance, whether such encumbrance be voluntary, involuntary or by operation of Applicable Law.
