Your Declaration. With the consent to this member agreement, I accept the offer made to become a member of The Collective of San Antonio Private Ecclesiastic Research Society and agree to pay the associated member fee, to be collected at the discretion of the Board of Trustees. I have read and agree with the Declaration of Purpose from Article 2 of The Collective of San Antonio Articles of Association and the Covenant of Silence from Section Fourteen of The Collective of San Antonio Bylaws. IT IS HEREBY Declared that I/we are exercising our right of “freedom of association”, the right of “free speech”, the right of “religious freedom”, and the “right of association” as bestowed upon us by our Creator. This means that our societies activities are restricted to the private domain only. The Public Domain is the regular, default mode that is defined by legal terms as “commerce” or “commercial activity” and its governing agencies and bodies. We are operating outside the Public space.

Related to Your Declaration

  • Bid Securing Declaration “Bid Securing Declaration” means the declaration provided by the Contractor to the Authority in accordance with the Request for Proposal, and which is to remain in force until completion of the Project and /or termination of the Contract;

  • Declarations Page means the Declarations Page applicable to this Form.

  • Operating Agreement means this Operating Agreement as originally executed and as amended from time to time.

  • Owners Association means any association or organization created pursuant to the Owners’ Association Documents.

  • CC&Rs means any covenants, conditions, restrictions, maintenance agreements or reciprocal easement agreements affecting the Project or the Mortgaged Property.

  • Original Declaration of Trust shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Declaration of Trust;

  • Limited Partnership Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Partnership dated as of March 9, 2004, as amended from time to time.

  • Sponsorship Agreement means a document that estab- lishes an advanced licensee as a sponsor for a basic licensee.

  • Operating Partnership Agreement means the Amended and Restated Partnership Agreement of the Operating Partnership, as it may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • Public-private partnership agreement means an agreement

  • Rights Dividend Declaration Date shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Homeowners Association or “HOA” or “POA” – shall mean an entity or entities, including its/their employees and agents, which may have jurisdiction over lands located within the District, either now or in the future, which may exist to aid in the enforcement of deed restrictions and covenants applicable to lands within the District.

  • Declaration of Trust means this Agreement and Declaration of Trust, as amended or restated from time to time;

  • REA means any construction, operation and reciprocal easement agreement or similar agreement (including any separate agreement or other agreement between Borrower and one or more other parties to an REA with respect to such REA) affecting the Property or portion thereof.

  • Condominium means a common interest community in which portions of the real estate are designated for separate ownership and the remainder of the real estate is designated for common ownership solely by the owners of those portions. A common interest community is not a condominium unless the undivided interests in the common elements are vested in the unit owners.

  • Development Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Listing Agreement means an agreement that is to be entered into between a recognised stock exchange and the Company pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015

  • Use Agreement means the use agreement by and between HDFC and HUD which commences on or before the Effective Date, runs with the land, binds all subsequent owners and creditors of the Exemption Area, and requires that the housing project on the Exemption Area continue to operate on terms at least as advantageous to existing and future tenants as the terms required by the original Section 202 loan agreement or any Section 8 rental assistance payments contract or any other rental housing assistance contract and all applicable federal regulations.
