Your Device means a mobile device owned or controlled by you: (a) that meets the then- current Company specifications for mobile devices as set forth at xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxx-xxxxxxx; and (b) on which the Driver App has been installed as authorized by Company solely for the purpose of providing Transportation Services.

Your Device means a mobile device owned or controlled by you: (a) that meets the then-current Portier Pacific specifications for mobile devices; and (b) on which the Provider App has been installed as authorized by Portier Pacific solely for the purpose of providing Delivery Services.
