Youth Player definition

Youth Player means an individual who has not reached 19 years of age prior to August 1 immediately before the start of any seasonal year. A player who reaches 19 years of age during a seasonal year is allowed to complete that seasonal year. A player who reaches 19 years of age during August of one seasonal year shall be allowed to complete all of the next seasonal year.

Youth Player means an individual who is an amateur player and who has not reached 20 years of age prior to December 31 for the current seasonal year.
