Eligibility Membership. All employees in the bargaining unit who have completed at least six (6) months of continuous services shall be eligible to join within sixty (60) days after the ratification of this Agreement and, thereafter, during the month of September. Membership is earned when an employee voluntarily contributes two (2) days of their earned sick leave time to the Bank.
