Zunes definition

Zunes shall not include, without limitation, Xbox Consoles or personal computers.
Zunes means Microsoft’s Zune-branded portable devices and any successor portable devices thereto, and any other consumer electronic devices (including, without limitation, mobile phones) that run Zune-branded applications. “Zunes” shall not include, without limitation, Xbox Consoles or personal computers.
