Common use of Cierre Clause in Contracts

Cierre. Las Partes acuerdan que la consumación de la compraventa de las Acciones (el “Cierre”) deberá llevarse a cabo dentro de los 10 (diez) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha del presente Contrato, o la otra fecha que se acuerde entre las Partes (la “Fecha de Cierre”).
