Evidence of Purchased Interests. The Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Purchasers, shall maintain the Register pursuant to Section 9.6(d), and a subaccount therein for each Purchaser, in which shall be recorded (i) the amount of each purchase made hereunder, and (ii) the amount payable or to become due and payable from (or to be deposited by) the Servicers and each Originator to each Purchaser hereunder. At the request of the Administrative Agent, from time to time, the Servicers shall provide copies of the drafts, shipping documents and other related documentation with respect to a Scheduled Receivable as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably require. SECTION 3. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES To induce the Administrative Agent and the Purchasers to enter into this Agreement and to make the purchases, each Originator, jointly and severally, hereby represents and warrants to the Administrative Agent and each Purchaser that:
