Common use of RESPONSABILIDAD AMBIENTAL Clause in Contracts

RESPONSABILIDAD AMBIENTAL. El Proveedor se compromete a cumplir con la legislación ambiental en todos los niveles, especialmente, pero no limitado a, la legislación relacionada con la gestión de residuos sólidos relacionados con los productos suministrados a BRENNTAG. El Proveedor deberá proporcionar a BRENNTAG información sobre la manipulación, uso y eliminación segura de los Productos. Dicha información incluirá, pero no se limitará a, hojas de datos de seguridad y, para algunos Productos, otra liter atura aplicable o ayudas audiovisuales. (a) people who are not using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and present documents necessary for the activity performed will be prevented from loading and unloading the Product(s); (b) any persons who are not duly identified as employees or contractors of the contracted carrier or vehicles that are not identified or show signs of poor conservation may not participate in the loading, unloading or transportation; (c) all loss, damage, accident, assessments, spillage, contamination and, in general, all damage and loss suffered by the Product(s) or that the Product(s) may cause, including damages environmental, risks and damages against third parties, will be the res ponsibility of the Party that owns the Product(s) at the time of the fact, according to the transfer of ownership rule.
