Common use of Título de la Información Confidencial Clause in Contracts

Título de la Información Confidencial. Las Partes reconocen y aceptan que la Información Confidencial revelada por la Parte Reveladora a la Parte Receptora es o se considera que es propiedad única y exclusiva de la Parte Reveladora. La Parte Receptora puede, a su cargo, copiar y utilizar dicha Información Confidencial con el fin de cumplir con sus obligaciones en virtud del Contrato, pero para ningún otro fin. La Parte Receptora deberá devolver de inmediato toda la Información Confidencial a la Parte Reveladora a solicitud de la Parte Reveladora después de la expiración o terminación del Contrato. 12.4 Title to Confidential Information. The Parties acknowledges and agrees that the Confidential Information disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party is or is deemed to be the sole and exclusive property of the Disclosing Party. The Receiving Party may, at his cost, copy and use such Confidential Information for the purposes of performing his obligations under the Agreement but for no other purpose. The Receiving Party shall promptly return all such Confidential Information to the Disclosing Party upon the Disclosing Party’s request following the expiry or termination of the Agreement.
