Definición de Contract Price

Contract Price means the agreed amount stated in the Agreement as further specified in Clause 8.1 for the supply of the Goods.
Contract Price means the price set forth in the SC, to be paid for the performance of the Services; such sum may be adjusted in accordance with Article 11, Changes and Modifications. (e) "Precio del Contrato" se refiere al precio establecido en las Condiciones Especiales, a pagar por la prestación de los Servicios. Dicha suma se adaptará de acuerdo con el Artículo 11 (Cambios y Modificaciones).
Contract Price or “Price” means the amount to be paid to the SUPPLIER by the PURCHASER on the full and correct performance of the Supply.

  • Unless stated otherwise in the Agreement the Contract Price is a fully inclusive fixed price which includes all costs of packing, labelling, royalties and license fees (if applicable), but excluding carriage, insurance, delivery, and all other charges, VAT, GST, taxes, duties and impositions (including customs import or analogous duties).

  • In the event of a termination for convenience by the Purchaser, Contractor shall be entitled to be paid for Services properly performed by Contractor prior to the effective date of termination, provided, however, that such payment shall not exceed the total Contract Price after adjustment to account for the price associated with Services not performed.

  • The additional costs shall be borne by the Purchaser provided that the Contract Price is based on one-time delivery and the partial deliveries are under the Purchaser’s request.

  • Taxes, duties and other impositions on the Contractor are deemed included in the Contract Price.

  • The performance of the Supply shall at all times comply with all official provisions in force relating thereto, and shall also adjust to any changes that may occur during the implementation thereof, this never implying an increase of the Contract Price agreed by the parties.

  • UNESCO shall issue any such order only in writing, and where resulting in an increase to the Contract Price, will amend the Contract accordingly.
