Multilateral Trading Facility shall mean a multilateral trad- ing facility operated by a brokerage firm or a regulated market operator, where third parties’ intentions to buy and sell Financial Instruments are matched in accordance with non-discretionary rules, leading to transactions in Financial Instruments.
2.2. Financial Instruments shall be understood as defined in the applicable legislation. 2.3. Client shall mean a natural person or an entity submitting Orders to the Company or using other investment services of the Company, including Portfolio management service.
2.4. Order shall mean an instruction given by the Client or the Portfolio Manager representing the Client to execute operation with Financial Instruments. 2.5. Portfolio Manager shall mean an employee of the Company who holds a brokerage licence issued by the Bank of Lithuania or another entity provided for by the legislation, has the relevant qualifications, work experience and is authorised by the Company to provide Portfolio Management Service.
Definitions. Wherever used in this Guarantee Agreement or the Schedules hereto, except where stated otherwise, the terms defined in the Preamble have the respective meanings ascribed therein, the terms defined in the Standard Terms and Conditions and the Loan Agreement have the respective meanings ascribed therein, and the following term has the following meaning: “Guarantor's Authorized Representative” means the Guarantor's Minister of Finance.

(iv) “BerneConvention” shall mean the Convention for the Protection ofLiterary and Artistic Works signed on September 9, 1886,including any of its revisions;
(v) “ParisUnion” shall mean the International Union established by theParis Convention;
(vi) “BerneUnion” shall mean the International Union established by theBerne Convention;
(vii) “Unions”shall mean the Paris Union, the Special Unions and Agreementsestablished in relation with that Union,the Berne Union, and anyother international agreement designed to promote the protection ofintellectual property whose administration is assumed by theOrganization according to Article 4 (iii);
(viii) “intellectualproperty” shall include the rights relating to: – literary,artistic and scientific works, – performancesof performing artists, phonograms, and broadcasts, – inventionsin all fields of human endeavor, – scientificdiscoveries, – industrialdesigns, – trademarks,service marks, and commercial names and designations, – protectionagainst unfair competition, andall other rights resulting from intellectual activity in theindustrial, scientific, literary or artistic fields.
