SUBJECT. This is an Implementing Arrangement between the signatories to pursue a SO- CRATE project entitled (. ) and it mandates the WEAO Research Cell (RC), acting in the name of the WEU and on behalf of the participating Participants to contract under the terms of the SOCRATE MOU for the work set out in this Implementing Arrangement. The RC in the name of the WEU will secure all rights and enter into obligations on behalf of all signatories hereto as provided for in the SOCRATE MOU.
