ASSESSMENT OF THE LOSS. It is recalled that the insurance cannot produce a profit for the insu- red party. It only covers the compensation for its material losses in accordance with the compensation principle stipulated by the Code in Article L 121-1. In the event of a loss covered by the insurance policy, the damage is assessed by mutual agreement.
