APPORTS. L'associé unique fait apport à la Société d'une somme de cent (100) euros, entièrement libérée. La somme en numéraire de cent (100) euros a été déposée dès avant ce jour, au crédit d'un compte ouvert au nom de la Société en formation ainsi que l'atteste le Certificat du dépositaire établi, par la banque Citibank située ▇▇-▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ainsi que l'atteste le certificat dudit dépositaire. Ledit montant sera retiré par le Président sur présentation du certificat du Greffe du Tribunal de commerce de la société attestant de son immatriculation.

APPORTS. A la constitution, il a été fait apport en numéraire à la Société de la somme sept mille six cent vingt- deux euros (7.622 €), correspondant à la libération de la souscription de cinq cent (500) actions ordinaires de quinze euros et vingt-quatre centimes (15,24 €) chacune composant le capital originaire.

  • Liaison Each Party shall designate a liaison to facilitate a cooperative working relationship between the Contractor and the Agency in the performance and administration of this Contract.

  • Costs and Fees To the extent allowed by applicable law, in the event we bring an action against you because of your violation of this Lease, we can recover all costs or fees involved, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, as part of any judgment. The provisions of this Section shall survive expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

  • Taxes and Fees Each Party shall pay any and all transfer and registration tax, expenses and fees incurred thereby or levied thereon in accordance with the laws of China in connection with the preparation and execution of this Agreement and the Transfer Contracts, as well as the consummation of the transactions contemplated under this Agreement and the Transfer Contracts.

  • Differentials No evening or night differentials will be applicable for a person on flexible scheduling concepts unless some or all of the hours he/she works would have fallen within the differential period of 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. had the person not been on a flexible scheduling concept.
