Assignment. 34.1. Neither the Employer nor the Contractor shall, without the express prior written consent of the other party (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld), assign to any third party the Contract or any part thereof, or any right, benefit, obligation or interest therein or thereunder.
Assignment. Neither the empanelment nor any rights granted under the empanelment shall be sold, leased, assigned, or otherwise transferr ed, in whol e or in part, by the empanelled consultant , and any such attempted sale, lease, assignment or otherwise transfer shall be void and of no effect without the prior written consent of SIDBI.
