Evaluation of Technical Bids. 18.5.1 The technical bids will be evaluated for determining the continued eligibility of the Bidder for Project and compliance of the bids with the necessary technical requirements and scope of work of this RfP. 18.5.2 SIDBI may seek specific clarifications from any or all the Bidder(s) at this stage. All the clarifications received within the stipulated time shall be considered for evaluation. In case satisfactory clarifications are not received from the bidders within the stipulated time, the respective technical parameters would be treated as non-compliant and decision to qualify the bidder shall be accordingly taken by SIDBI. 18.5.3 Technical bids would be evaluated on the parameters and presentation as below.
