Important Information. Bidders must take the following points into consideration during preparation and submission of bids. Authorized signatory must sign all the pages of the response. Relevant documents must be submitted as proof wherever necessary. All the pages must be sealed and signed by the authorized signatory of the respondent. Faxed copies of any submission are not acceptable and will be rejected by the Trust. Responses should be concise and to the point. Submission of irrelevant documents must be avoided. If the bids do not contain all the information required or is incomplete, the proposal is liable to be rejected. The RfP is hosted on CGTMSE website (URL: xxx.xxxxxx.xx/xxxxxxx.xxxx) and also on Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP). CGTMSE reserves the right to change the dates mentioned above. Changes and clarification, if any, related to RfP will be posted on web site and CPPP.
