The individual schemes shall be subject to approval of the Bank before allocation of the loan’s funds to the scheme. For this purpose, the Promoter shall provide relevant information. The nature and extent of the information shall be at the discretion of the Bank. In particular, the Promoter shall provide to the Bank the following documents for scheme proposed for allocation and considering its cumulative effects: (a) for the schemes requiring an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) due to national legislation or the Environmental and Social Standards, the ESIA report, environmental consent issued by the competent authority and evidence that a public consultation took place. (b) for the schemes in respect of which the relevant national competent authorities have concluded that an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is not required, information as per Xxxxx XX.A of the EIA Directive and the screening out decision. (c) evidence of absence of significant impacts on protected sites.
