Costs and public charges. 10.1 No deductions or withholdings. The Borrower will make all payments under this Loan Agreement without any deductions for taxes, other public charges or other costs. In the event that the Borrower is obligated by law or for other reasons to make any such deductions or withholdings on payments, the payments made by the Borrower will increase by such amount as necessary for KfW to receive in full the amounts due under this Loan Agreement after deduction of taxes and charges.

The Borrower will make all payments under this Loan Agreement without any deductions for taxes, other public charges or other costs. In the event that the Borrower is obligated by law or for other reasons to make effect any such deductions or withholdings on payments, the payments made by Borrower shall pay any such necessary additional amounts to KfW so that the Borrower will increase by such net amount as necessary for KfW remaining after any withholding or deduction corresponds to receive in full the amounts due amount which would have been payable under this Loan Agreement after had no such deduction of taxes and chargesor withholding been.
