Common use of Due dates Clause in Contracts

Due dates. Any indemnity or reimbursement payable by the Borrower to the Lender under this Clause 9 (Additional Payment Obligations) is due and payable on the Payment Date immediately following the circumstances which have given rise to the relevant indemnity or reimbursement. Notwithstanding the above, any indemnity to be paid in connection with a prepayment pursuant to Clause 9.3 (Prepayment Indemnity) is due and payable on the date of the relevant prepayment.
