Other charges. The Borrower shall bear all charges and expenses, including professional, banking or exchange charges incurred in connection with the preparation, execution, implementation, enforcement and termination of this Contract or any related document, any amendment, supplement or waiver in respect of this Contract or any related document, and in the amendment, creation, management, enforcement and realisation of any security for the Loan; it being understood that the Borrower shall not bear any amendment fees in connection with any amendments or extensions to the Final Availability Date and to the project calendar and non-material amendments (in the reasonable opinion of the Bank) to the Schedule A.
