Common use of Other charges Clause in Contracts

Other charges. The Borrower shall bear all charges and expenses, including professional, banking or exchange charges incurred in connection with the preparation, execution, implementation, enforcement and termination of this Contract. The Bank shall provide documentary support for any such charges or expenses 14 (fourteen) days before its demand for payment falls due. By way of exception, however, any charges in an amount not exceeding EUR 100 (one hundred euros), to be paid by the Borrower, will be documented by the Bank (i) solely ex-post (i.e., after the payment having occurred); and (ii) upon request of the Borrower.
