Prepayment mechanics. Upon presentation by the Borrower to the Bank of a Prepayment Request, the Bank shall issue a Prepayment Notice to the Borrower, not later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the Prepayment Date. The Prepayment Notice shall specify the Prepayment Amount, the accrued interest due thereon, the Prepayment Indemnity payable under Article 4.2.B or, as the case may be, that no indemnity is due, the method of application of the Prepayment Amount and if a Prepayment Indemnity is applicable, the deadline by which the Borrower may accept the Prepayment Notice.
