Common use of Purpose Clause in Contracts

Purpose. (a) The Borrower shall apply all amounts borrowed by it under the Facility to finance eighty-five per cent. (85%) of the Commercial Contract Price, being an amount of EUR 203,400,928; provided that the aggregate amount so financed for all such purposes shall not exceed the Total Commitments. (b) None of the amounts borrowed by the Borrower under the Facility shall be used to finance or reimburse the Borrower for any part of the Advance Payment.
