Purpose. The Borrower shall apply all amounts borrowed by it under this Facility exclusively towards financing and/or refinancing Eligible Expenses in accordance with the Project's description set out in Schedule 2 (Project Description) and the Financing Plan set out in Schedule 3 (Financing Plan).

Purpose. The purpose of the Facility is to finance the Borrower’s Operation as described in Schedule 2 (Operation Description), in accordance with the Financing Plan described in Schedule 3A (Financing Plan), the Expenditure Framework described in Schedule 3B (Expenditure Framework) and the Result Framework described in Schedule 3C (Result Framework).

Purpose. The Borrower shall apply all amounts borrowed by it under the Facility to finance eighty-five per cent. (85%) of the Commercial Contract Price, being an amount of EUR 183,941,730.60; provided that the aggregate amount so financed for all such purposes shall not exceed the Total Commitments.

Purpose. The purpose of the present memorandum of understanding is to establish the administrative, logistics and financial terms and conditions to govern the contribution of personnel, equipment, and services provided by the Government in support of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) and to specify United Nations standards of conduct for personnel provided by the Government.

Purpose. The Borrower shall apply all amounts borrowed by it: (a) under the Loan Facility 1 towards financing of the Project 1; and (b) under the Loan Facility 2 towards financing of the Project 2, other than, in each case, towards financing any payment of value added tax on sales of goods and services and import of goods and services, costs of customs duties and other import duties, taxes and other impositions occurring in the execution of implementation of the relevant Project.

Purpose. The CEB grants the Loan to the Borrower, who accepts it, solely for the purpose of financing the Project as described under Appendix 1. The proceeds of the Loan cannot be used for the financing of taxes (including VAT) , customs and other duties. Any change to the way the Loan is applied that has not received the CEB’s prior written approval would constitute an event in the terms of Article 3.3 (h) of the Loan Regulations and may give rise to the early reimbursement, suspension or cancellation of the Loan under the terms of Articles 3.3 (Early reimbursement of disbursed loans), 3.5 (Suspension by the Bank of undisbursed loans) and 3.6 (Cancellation by the Bank of undisbursed loans) of the Loan Regulations.
