On the basis of the present GTC and using the SimplePay Service an online service contract is concluded between the Customer and the Simple for an indefinite period of time (hereinafter: “Contract”) in accordance with the Article 5 (4) of the Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce and services related to the information society (hereinafter: “E-comm Act”). The present GTC contains the general terms and conditions of the Contact and forms an integral part thereof. The Agreement is concluded in electronic way between the Parties and it shall not be deemed as a written contract. Simple does not fix the Agreement electronically; it is available on the SimplePay Website in the form of this GTC. The Customer does not provide Simple with any data when concluding the Agreement. The Agreement is concluded when the Customer uses the SimplePay services, with guiding behavior.
