Definitions. Terminology used throughout these Terms and Conditions are defined, as follows:
II.1 Terms and Conditions (T&C): this present Terms and Conditions document.
II.2 Rental Contract: individual contract to be established in accordance with Section VI of the T&C between BKK and the User, based on a previously concluded Long-term Framework Contract or Pay As You Go Framework Contract (hereinafter referred to as Framework Contracts), allowing the User to cycle within the given timeframe.
II.3 User: any person having at least a limited legal capacity entering into a Rental Contract with BKK Zrt. in line with these T&C to use (rent) bicycles available in the framework of MOL Bubi. The User is in every case a natural person.
II.4 BKK (BKK Centre for Budapest Transport): organisation appointed by the Municipality of Budapest for all tasks pertaining to the maintenance and operation of MOL Bubi; owner of a part of MOL Bubi assets.
II.5 Csepel Zrt. or Operator: organisation commissioned by BKK to carry out certain tasks related to the operation of the MOL Bubi system (seat: 1211 Budapest, Duna lejáró 7., trade registry number: 01-10-042741), owner of the bicycles deployed in the MOL Bubi system.
Definitions. Consortium Member Institution Consortium member institutions, namely Hungarian public institutions, not-for-profit institutions and church institutions located in Hungary or crossborders of Hungary, joined in the EIS National Programme by concluding the Legal Frame Agreement. Authorized User Authorized users at the higher education institutions are the students, staff either employed part time or full time or otherwise, and researchers and other staff of a Consortium Member Institutions affiliated with the Subscriber's sites listed in Appendix 3. Authorized users at the other types of consortium member institutions are the registered users and individuals using computer terminals or other devices using Wifi transmission at the Authorized User Institutitons permitted by the Suscriber to access the Subscribed Products. Walk-in-User Authorized Users also include individual members of the public while they are physically on the premises of the Consortium Member Institutions. Secure Network A network or virtual network which is only accessible to Authorized Users by Internet Protocol (IP) ranges or by username and password provided by the Institution or by Shibboleth-authentication mechanism provided by the Hungarian EdulD Federation. Distribution of usernames, passwords, credentials or otherwise providing remote access to the Subscribed Products to Walk-in Users is not permitted.

Definitions. User: a natural person over 18 years of age, in case of LIMO FIX service over 30 years of age, who has obtained a driving license at least one (1) year before the conclusion of the Framework Contract and who has successfully registered and concluded a valid Framework Contract with MOL LIMO. LIMO FIX service: station-based service provided by the Service Provider and detailed in the relevant section of these GTC, where the User over the age of 30 can only start and end the rental at the location indicated in the application. LIMO service: the service, which is not subject to the special conditions governing the use of LIMO FIX service. LIMO vehicles: vehicles owned and operated by MOL Fleet Solution Ltd. and belonging to the MOL LIMO fleet, which the User can rent.

Definitions. (a) ‘BANK’ means MKB Bank Zrt. (registered office: X-0000 Xxxxxxxx, Xxxx x. 38., Hungary, place of company register and company register No: Budapest Metropolitan Court, Cg. 01-10-040954).
(b) ‘MKB Pay Service’ means the payment service provided by the Bank to its Customers and available through a mobile application, the detailed rules of which are set out in the General Terms of Contract for the MKB Pay Service and, in respect of the use of Virtual bank cards, in these GTC.
(c) ‘MKB Pay Card Virtualisation Contract’ means the contract for the issuance and use of Virtual bank cards under the MKB Pay Service, which jointly comprises these GTC, their acceptance by the User with the MKB Pay Mobile Application, the General Terms of Contract for Using the MKB Pay Service, the List of Terms and Conditions of the MKB Pay Service, and the Bank’s Business Rules on Bank Account-keeping, Deposit Collection and Related Services.
(d) ‘MKB Pay Mobile Application’ means the software provided by the Bank to the User, which the User can download from the Google Play Store, can install and can use after Activation.
(e) ‘Registration in the MKB Pay Mobile Application’ (‘Registration’) means login by the User after downloading the MKB Pay Mobile Application, during which the User accepts the General Terms of Contract for the use of the MKB Pay Service and provides his or her name and email address, to which the Bank sends an authentication code, which the User enters in the MKB Pay Mobile Application.
(f) ‘Activation of the MKB Pay Mobile Application’ (‘Activation’) means the Activation of the MKB Pay Mobile Application by the User by setting his or her Mobile PIN after Registration.
(g) ‘Mobile PIN’ means a numerical sequence specified by the User; the rules for making this sequence are set out in the List of Terms and Conditions.
(h) ‘User’ means the natural person to whom the Bank issues a bank card as a cash equivalent mean of payment under the terms laid down in the contract for the issuance and use of a bank card concluded with the User or under the terms laid down in the contract for the issuance and use of a credit card.
(i) ‘Account Holder User’ means the User who owns the payment account (bank account) or credit card account kept with the Bank, which grants provision for using the Physical Bank Card.
