Common use of Relocation Clause in Contracts

Relocation. The Service Provider shall fulfil the Subscriber’s relocation request in the territory of Hungary in accordance with Section 14. § of the Decree. The relocation shall be completed by the Service Provider no later than ninety (90) days after the receipt of the Subscriber’s relocation request. The amount of a relocation Charge may be fixed by the Service Provider on a case by case basis. The pre-condition of fulfilling the relocation request is that the Subscriber shall not have due but unpaid payment obligations vis-à-vis the Service Provider, and the Subscriber shall not be in breach of the Subscription Agreement.
