Common use of DEDUCTIBLE Clause in Contracts

DEDUCTIBLE. For each and every loss, the Insured shall bear the amount of the deductible as stated in the Policy. In case of under insurance as stated in Article 12, the calculation of the deductible will be applied after the calculation of under insurance.
