Common use of Receipt of Electronic Instructions Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Electronic Instructions. We are not deemed to have properly received any Electronic Instruction transmitted by you via the EB Services until such Electronic Instruction is received by our System hosting the EB Services. Any Electronic Instruction received by us after the relevant cut-off time on a business day (as notified to you from time to time) or on a non-business day will be treated as an Electronic Instruction received on the next business day.
