Common use of CHECKS Clause in Contracts

CHECKS. We inform that, according to art.71 of DPR 445 of 28/12/2000, the University checks the truthfulness of the self-certifications according to the current regulations and the incompatibility of the mobility grant in question with contributions paid for other reasons, for exchanges or international stays abroad xx Xxxxxxxx funds. If the checks carried out on the individual information reveal a false declaration for the purposes of allocating mobility grants abroad, the grant itself will be revoked and any sums already paid will be recovered, without prejudice to any criminal liability for any false declarations made.
