Costi relativi a trattamenti aggiuntivi. Oltre al Compenso Per Soggetto, la CRO pagherà all’Ente gli altri Costi aggiuntivi relativi al trattamento, come indicato nella tabella voci fatturabili sotto riportata. L’Ente presenterà le richieste di pagamento per i Costi aggiuntivi relativi al trattamento in conformità con la Sezione 12 (Fatture & Pagamenti), incluso l’invio di qualsiasi documento giustificativo o delle ricevute per spese aggiuntive. Eventuali importi definiti come fatturabili nella tabella dovranno essere fatturati in occasione delle visite o alle scadenze ivi specificate. 3. Additional Treatment Related Costs: In addition to the Per-Subject Costs, CRO will pay Institution for the other Additional Treatment Related Costs as set forth in invoiceable procedures table below. Institution shall submit requests for payment for Additional Treatment Related Costs in accordance with Section 12 (Invoices & Payments), including submission of any back-up documentation or receipts for pass- through expenses. Any costs designated as invoiceable in the table should be invoiced at the visits or timepoints specified therein.
