Examples of DS in a sentence

  • Whenever notices (such as acknowledgment, copies of licenses or attribution notice) are required by the original licensor, such notices are included in the Documentation of the DS Offerings.

  • The DS Offerings composing such Configuration or Package shall only be operated together.

For the avoidance of doubt, any reference in this Agreement to any other agreement for DS Supply shall include any agreement between the Parties for the provision of Energy to serve DS Load, even if such other agreement does not require delivery of additional products (e.g., Capacity).
