ENERGETIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY. The company, pursuant to art. 34 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, undertakes to perform the services covered by the contract in accordance with the minimum environmental criteria, adopted by the Ministry of the Environment as part of the Action Plan for environmental sustainability of consumption in the public administration sector.
