Common use of Exercise Notice Clause in Contracts

Exercise Notice. Subject as provided in condition 4(A)(i), Warrants may only be exercised by the delivery, or the sending by tested telex (confirmed in writing), of a duly completed exercise notice (an Exercise Notice) in the form set out in the Agency Agreement (copies of which form may be obtained from Clearstream, Luxembourg, Euroclear and the Principal Agent) to Clearstream, Luxembourg or Euroclear, as the case may be, with a copy to the Principal Agent in accordance with the provisions set out in Condition 4 and this Condition.
