Common use of Expenses and Taxation Clause in Contracts

Expenses and Taxation. (A) A Holder of Warrants must pay all Exercise Expenses relating to such Warrants as provided above. (B) The Issuer shall not be liable for or otherwise obliged to pay any tax, duty, withholding or other payment which may arise as a result of the ownership, transfer, exercise or enforcement of any Warrant and all payments made by the Issuer shall be made subject to any such tax, duty, withholding or other payment which may be required to be made, paid, withheld or deducted.
