Increase/Reduction of the risk. The Contracting Party/Insured must notify the company in writing of any increase in the risk. Increases in the risk not notified or not specifically accepted by the Company may lead to the total or partial loss of the right to services, and also the termination of the guarantees set out in the policy, pursuant to Art. 1898 of the Civil Code.
