Notices. (a) Validity. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Final Terms, announcements to Holders will be valid if delivered by the Issuer to the Clearing Agent(s) with an instruction from the Issuer to the Clearing Agent(s) to communicate such announcement to the Holders.
