Notices. (a) Notices to Holders shall be given by the delivery of the relevant notice to the Clearing Agent(s) with an instruction from the Issuer to the Clearing Agent(s) to communicate such notice to the Holders. The Issuer shall also ensure that notices are duly published, to the extent required, in a manner which complies (i) with the rules of any stock exchange or other relevant authority on which the Securities are for the time being listed or in the country in which such Securities have been admitted to trading and (ii) with any relevant legislation.
