Progress Report. A written progress report shall be sent to INFN every six months until completion of the contract. In addition, a regular information exchange by telephone, email and videoconference is necessary. The contractor must plan, establish and implement a documented quality assurance program that fulfils all the requirements described in this technical specification. Copies of the signed and completed acceptance tests sheets shall be provided together with RF power test curves, and lists of equipment and their calibration date, for the klystron. The RF power source shall be delivered to the INFN-LNF infrastructure together with the following documentation in English:
