PROJECT PROPOSAL. (art. 8, par. 7 of the Notice)
PROJECT PROPOSAL. The project proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, pos- xxxxx padded to avoid damage to the contents during transport. It is essential that the envelope bears the exact wording in Article 4. The envelope must contain the following documents and requirements: - A2 format, presentation board (portrait) , mounted on rigid lightweight cardboard (poliplat/foamcore), containing images of the single components and the assembled toy, the diagrams needed to show how to assemble the parts of the toy and at least one isome- tric projection of the assembled toy; - A2 format, presentation board (portrait), mounted on rigid lightweight cardboard (poliplat/foamcore), containing sketches, drawings, 3D models, photographs of models and renderings. Any additional information considered necessary and appropriate for the project may be added at the designers discretion. - A Descriptive report made up of a maximum of 15 pages (including cover) in A4 format. The report can contain images and explanatory graphics and must contain detailed information related to materials, ergonomics, technology, assembly, production costs, marketing and distribution assumptions of the toy.The report should also contain an abstract. It must be a maximum length of 2000 characters including spaces, summarizing the main features of the toy. - A CD or DVD containing the information from the two charts in PDF format and JPG format (resolution: 300 dpi) and the descriptive report in PDF format. All entries must be submitted anonymously and must not in any way bear any sign that could be used to identify the participant/partici- pants. All texts and captions must be written in the competitions official languages (Italian or English). All received entries will remain the property of the Community of Messina Foundation and will not be returned under any circumstan- ces.
