Authorized Reseller means a reseller, distributor or other third party authorized by Qlik to sell Qlik Products or Services.

If Qlik Products or Services are purchased through an Authorized Reseller, Qlik may terminate any right to use the Qlik Products or Services pursuant to this Section in the event Qlik fails to receive payment for such Qlik Products or Services.
